Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TallyPrimeAPI.com, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your subscription or request a refund. We aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy to ensure a hassle-free experience for our users. Please review the following cancellation guidelines:

  • In case of duplicate payments refund will be initiated within 24 hours
  • In case your subscription is not activated within 24 hours of purchase you are entitled to request a refund
  • In case our software subscription is not working as per the features listed on the site, blog, video customer may place the refund request
  • Customer is not entitled to get the refund in case when customer has already explored our free trial, subscription is already activated, support is provided, training is provided
  • Customer is not entitled to get the refund in case when customer is unable to share the details of what is not working
  • You are eligible for refund in case of coupon / promotion is not availed for technical reasons
  • You are eligible for prorate basis refund in case we are withdrawing some or all of our product / services

Cancellation of Subscription

  • In case our utility is not working as expected and support solution team is unable to deliver you the service at satisfactory level, you may request for the cancellation of your subscription by writing us email on support@tallyprimeapi.com or call on our support desk number
  • Customers are allowed to cancel the subscription only within 7 days of purchase
  • Upon cancellation of your subscription, your templates will be disabled but your account will remain activate and you will still able to access any other templates you have subscribed
  • Customer can decide to cancel the subscription of one or more templates as per their choice
