TallyPrime GET API Integration Documentation

Follow the steps below to implement TallyPrime GET API Module to Sync Data from TallyPrime to Third-party Applications/Database/CRM/ERP and so on.

TallyPrime GET API Integration mainly requires 2 parties as below;

  1. Third-party Software Developer
  2. TallyPrime User

 

  • Configure TallyPrime GET API TCP file in your Tally

Download TCP file from your Email or your account > Open TallyPrime > Press F1: Help > TDLs & Add-ons > F4: Manage Local TDL’s > Load TCP file

  • Activate GET API TCP

Press F6: Add-On Features > Enable =Yes > Enable Data Types that you wish to upload for integration > Activate Free Trial or Enter License Key

  • Free trial allows you to upload 450 records and valid for 30 days
  • License Key allows you to upload unlimited data for 365 days

  • GET API Data Upload Setting

On Gateway of Tally, go to menu Tally GET API > Settings > Enter your Server URL, User Name, Password on which data to be uploaded from TallyPrime

You can even define data upload schedule for automatic upload of each NEW/ALTERED vouchers and masters

If you wish to upload vouchers immediately after save then you may enabled the same from the voucher types as shown below;

  • Upload Single Voucher

You will find a new button as Upload Sales Data to upload single Tally voucher on your server;

  • Upload Multiple Vouchers

You can select multiple vouchers and upload them on a click of a button;

Similarly you can activate and upload any data types from TallyPrime in JSON format and use them to integrate it with your applications/database, CRM, ERP for real-time integration.
